Certificates

The quality of its products and its sales service have made ANTEX leader in Spain of the continuous yarn sector (particularly polyester) and one of the five largest groups in all Europe. All its production plants fulfil the strict requisites necessary for the award of quality certifications by AENOR.

The group has ISO/TS 16949 quality management system certification, an essential requirement in the automotive sector. It also has ISO 9001 standard certification that covers the design, development and production of yarns in the different industrial processes performed by the group.

The products manufactured at ANTEX come with the guarantee of the Öko-TEX STANDARD 100 label. The group’s commitment to conserving and improving our surroundings prompted the implementation of an ISO 14001 certified environmental management system, which guarantees preservation of the environment.

It also has specific certifications such as Safety-Data-Sheet standard for different materials and the CCP standard for the recycling process.

Control systems

Starting with the initial spinning process, in each stage the yarn is subject to rigorous online metre-by-metre controls throughout production.

The group’s laboratories control critical parameters each day in order to assure product regularity and thus prevent deviations from the specifications established in the initial design.
